Farmers'  Markets (1)

Supermarkets are great and convenient, but the idea of farmers' markets are becoming more popular as people are getting more curious about who grows their food, how their food is grown, and where their food is coming from.
Farmers' markets give people a chance to cut the middleman and actually meet the people (in this case the farmers) who provide the food on our plates.

Markets come in all sizes, from small vicinities which include only a few booths to large districts that require maps for directions.  More often than not, markets are located in open public areas typically on the weekends - though some cities offer available farmers's markets once or twice during the weekends.  If you go on the weekend, be sure to arrive as it can get very busy and crowded.                      (C.P)
