Some Interesting Urban Legends (1)

People love urban legends.  Why they love them is hard to say, exactly, in that many urban legends are just not true.

For those who don't know, an urban legend is a story that many people in a country, or even the whole world believe, but which is either completely false or only partially true.

For example, there was a story that when Tiger Woods first became famous in the mid 1990s, he and some friends decided to go to a strip club while in Las Vegas,

Going inside, Tiger's friends got in easily but the bouncer asked to see Tiger's ID card.  Seeing that he was only 20 years old, the bouncer said, "I'm sorry Mr.Woods, but you must be 21 to get in here."                    (G.K)
