Finally, it's an adverb too !  For example, to " go right home ", to " make sure to do it right ",  "The restaurant is right on my way. "

Part of the Constitution of the United States is the bill of rights, which guarantees certain freedoms to the citizens.  In that case, "Right(s)" is used as a noun, of course.

In politics we often hear about right-wing members of the government or public.  This describes people who are very conservative in their views.  They are also referred to as " the right."

As an aside, the terms right or left wing originated in the seating positions of politicians in the French Parliament in the 18th century.                                           (G.K)
