Hello! My name is Don, and I’m originally from Toronto, Canada. I’ve been living in Japan for over 10 years, and I have more than 20 years of experience teaching English to non-native speakers. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how people learn languages, and I always strive to make lessons engaging, enjoyable, and practical.

My teaching style focuses on creating a comfortable environment where students feel confident using English in real-life situations. I love seeing students grow and gain the ability to express themselves naturally.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy exercising, reading, watching movies and shows, learning about history, and relaxing in hot springs. I look forward to helping you achieve your English goals!
