| 講師紹介 | Hello! My name is Monica, and my love for English and communication started when I was a child. Growing up shy, I realized that staying in my shell wouldn’t take me far, so I pushed myself to grow—through high school, university, and beyond—constantly stepping out of my comfort zone. In 2012, I made the life-changing decision to move to Japan, where I learned Japanese from zero, giving me deep respect for those mastering a second language, especially one as different as English. With 15 years of experience teaching English and communication skills, two years of formal Japanese study in Tokyo, and 12 years of living in Japan, I understand the challenges of language learning firsthand—and I’m here to help you improve, gain confidence, and enjoy using English to achieve your life goals! 趣味や興味：drinking (especially red wine), watching musicals and live shows, podcasts, watching/reading/listening to content related to personal development or personal growth 好きな言葉：“Honor the struggle.” – Brendon Burchard |
