『横浜』紹介！③横浜のおすすめレストラン

新しくご入会された生徒様より、私の書いた「大岡川の記事を読みました。英語の部分を書き写して練習しました。」、と嬉しいお話を伺うことができました。

今回は横浜駅周辺のおすすめのレストランについて英語で紹介したいと思います。海外からのお友達がきたら是非ご案内ください。

I would like to introduce some great restaurants around Yokohama Station in English. If you have friends from overseas, please consider taking them there.

まずは、横浜駅直結、ポルタにある「フルーツピークス」です。
まだオープンしたばかりですが、いつもものすごい列ができている人気のお店です。

First of all, Fruit Peaks, located in Porta, a shopping mall directly connected to Yokohama Station.
Although it has just opened, there is always a long line of customers waiting to get in.

店内はまるでファンタジーの世界のよう。フルーツたっぷりのケーキやパフェを食べることができます。2,000円ぐらいで食べれるフルーツアフタヌーンティーが横浜ポルタ店限定でおすすめです。たっぷりのフルーツとキレイな見栄えで目でも楽しむことができます。

The interior of the store is like it is from a fantasy world. They offer cakes and parfait with plenty of fresh fruits on them. I recommend the Fruit Afternoon Tea, available only at the Yokohama Porta store, which costs around 2,000 yen. The abundance of fruit and the beautiful presentation of it make it a feast for the eyes as well.

続いては、こちらも2023年にオープンしたばかりのホテル内にあるレストラン、「SMOKE DOOR」
名前にあるように、原始的な調理法でありながら、食材の旨味を最大限に引き出す薪火料理ということで創作料理がとても美味しくいただけます。

Next is SMOKE DOOR, a restaurant in a hotel that just opened in 2023.
As the name suggests, the restaurant’s wood-fired cuisine, though a primitive cooking method, brings out the best of the ingredients used, making the creative dishes very tasty.

料理をオーダーすると、サラダ・パンの他にドリンクバーもついてきます。
こちらのドリンクバー、なんとアルコールもあるんです。お昼からオシャレなカクテルを飲み少しだけ優雅な時間を過ごすことができるおすすめの場所です。

When you order main dishes, a drink bar is included in addition to salad and bread.
This drink bar, to my surprise, also has alcoholic beverages. I recommend this place for having a stylish cocktail and spend a little luxurious time in the afternoon.

最後におすすめするのは「CRAFTSMAN」こちらも駅近のお店です。
お店のコンセプトは職人が作りあげるメキシカンとイタリアンをフュージョンさせた（メックスイタリアン）を世界の様々な場所で作られた厳選樽生クラフトビールやニュー・ワールドワインとともに楽しむためのクラフト・ビア・レストランというだけあって、
毎日日替わりで楽しめる世界のビールがおすすめです。

Lastly, I recommend “CRAFTSMAN,” also near the station.
I recommend having beers from around the world, which change daily, as the concept of the place is a craft beer restaurant where you can enjoy a fusion of Mexican and Italian cuisine (Mex-Italian) prepared by professional chefs, along with selected draft craft beers and new world wines from various places around the world,

外国人のお客様も多く、海外のような雰囲気を楽しむこともできます。

There are many customers from oversees, so you can also enjoy an exotic atmosphere.
